HAPPY NEW 2014, and great to get stuck back into work, of which there is a lot this month. A new job at Eastleigh College teaching on the textiles/fashion courses, museum based workshops at The Wills Museum in Basingstoke and Portsmouth City Museum, a new project with potential arts council funding alongside a group show at Aspex with the 5AM group that I've been invited to join.
Today being the first day, I completed preparations for the Wills Museum workshop which complements the Becky Adams show there which starts on the 25th January. I've decided to create a workshop that blends my love of making artists books with collections and issues of memory, it all became a little too addictive…...
