and here are said 'bits and bobs'.......i've been very lucky to be asked to make work for the february windows of a gallery/cafe in st leonards on sea, called 'aardvark' http://www.aardvarkonsea.co.uk/. for the past month and a bit i've spent every spare minute making casts of birds out of silk and glue for a suspended piece called 'husk' . I want to illuminate it so it casts long shadows as well as showing the birds tranparency. the other piece is a large layered printed piece of wilted flowers that's called 'still life'. hopefully the whole thing will work out fine and dandy.
